area for over 30 years. Our company was founded in the early 1970’s by John L. Nichols with
the goal of
providing high quality homes for the clients of his realty business. In 1977,
he was joined in this endeavor by John F. Holbrook, who had recently moved to the North Carolina
Mountains from his home in California. The partners quickly learned that they share a common eye
for detail and a commitment to quality… traits that have fueled the firm’s development into one of

of Western North Carolina. In fact, after years of
